Web Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our high-velocity web team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the full WordPress stack, be proficient in page builders such as Spectra Pro or Elementor, and possess a strong understanding of AI tools like Cursor.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set up new WordPress sites on Flywheel using internal templates and project workflows
  • Develop full-site experiences using page builders
  • Convert Figma designs into responsive, high-quality web pages
  • Configure themes, menus, custom post types, and plugin setups based on project scope
  • Implement SEO best practices (Yoast), caching (WP Rocket), and image optimization (Imagify)
  • Collaborate with project managers and designers to hit scope, timelines, and client goals
  • Use Cursor and other AI tools to generate PHP, JS, or CSS snippets as needed—but always review for accuracy and intent
  • Maintain mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Handle QA, launch prep, and post-launch support tasks

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of professional WordPress development experience
