Project Manager for Hospital Facilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to oversee the completion of hospital facilities projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.

The project manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This will involve coordinating with clients, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are aligned and working towards the same goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and architects to ensure project requirements are met
  • Manage and supervise construction teams, including contractors and laborers
  • Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring that costs are minimized and profits maximized
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
