Job Opportunity

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our IVF centers in operational and financial excellence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in budgeting, performance monitoring, compliance, process optimization, and patient experience.

  • Prepare annual operating plans aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Ensure achievement of financial and operational targets.
  • Monitor revenue, profitability, and team performance against defined key results areas (KRAs).
  • Lead cost optimization and compliance initiatives.
  • Oversee standard operating procedure (SOP) implementation, medical record management, and audit readiness.
  • Act as an escalation point for operational issues and ensure medico-legal compliance.
  • Liaise with sales and marketing teams for brand visibility in local markets.
  • Coordinate monthly financial reports with the corporate management information system (MIS) team.
  • Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve financial targets (revenue, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA), contribution margin).
  • Customer satisfaction (net promoter score 90%) and retention focus.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance and medico-legal requirements.
  • Process-driven with attention to detail.
