Job Summary

Sales Officer Bancassurance

As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for cross-selling various financial products to bank customers. You will lead in generating sales leads from the assigned bank and develop relationships with customers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads from the assigned bank and explore opportunities to develop new markets/segments in line with the company's sales strategy.
  • Cross-sell various financial products to bank customers and facilitate medical reports to ensure prompt issuance of policy documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and acquire new customers using the bank's database, walk-ins, and generated prospects.
  • Support other Relationship Managers and bank sales team by coaching them on products, services, selling skills, accompanying them on client visits, and modeling relevant behavior.
  • Responsible for sales completion by ensuring accurate documentation and facilitating medical reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Life/Health/General Insurance preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
