Lead Financial Planning & Analysis Role

The successful candidate will lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business decision-making.

  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and cost optimization.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and strategic projects.

Required Skills:

Financial Modelling, Excel, Reporting Tools

  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI).

Experience:

12-17 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a large or multinational organization.

Qualifications:

CA - First /Second Attempt
