Financial Analyst Role Overview:

About the Job:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Tally.
  • Closely monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring timely completion of monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations, including return filings.
  • Assist in regulatory filing, secretarial coordination, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and review management information reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for clients.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Process payroll, scrutinize vendor/customer ledgers, and manage invoices.
  • Communicate with clients regarding day-to-day financial matters.
  • Collaborate with senior finance leads on financial modeling, strategic planning, and investor reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Chartered Accountancy or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
