Role Overview:

As a seasoned procurement professional, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of procurement content across multiple platforms. This includes preferred supplier, buying portal, policy compliance, and other related initiatives.

  • Drive cross-functional teams to implement data-driven procurement strategies that maximize efficiency and minimize manual effort.
  • Support process governance and taxonomy refresh efforts to ensure seamless integration with business systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and enhance procurement dashboards, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Work with capability owners to provide data extracts and advise on strategic initiatives that improve procurement processes.

Data Analysis & Support:

  • Build advanced analytics use cases by gathering detailed data, summarizing complex techniques, and prioritizing integration efforts.
  • Summarize predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to gain deeper insights into procurement data.
  • Develop and distribute routine reporting data to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholder identification, objective documentation, and other initiative-related activities.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance:

  • Support continuous improvement efforts to minimize manual effort associated with collecting and refreshing data.
  • Ensure data and analytics practices adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify root causes behind metrics, and generate insights.
  • Regularly engage with technology and third-party stakeholders to drive execution activities of analytic use cases.

Required Skills:

  • Experience participating in global and/or cross-functional teams
  • Strong internal stakeholder management and virtual team participation skills
  • Advanced data/information and analytics management expertise, as well as continuous improvement and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
  • Experience with procurement technology and software systems

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant business experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of multi-disciplined procurement experience
