Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) or related field.", "
  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a large-scale industrial setting.", "
  • Proven track record of implementing effective maintenance strategies, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.", "
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct a high-performing team.", "
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.", "
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, SAP, and other relevant maintenance management tools.", "
