Job Title: ETP/RO Plant Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced ETP professional to oversee the operation and maintenance of our Effluent Treatment Plant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that wastewater is treated to meet regulatory standards and environmental requirements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of operating and maintaining similar facilities and possess a strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the ETP plant, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor treatment process and perform routine tests to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot problems and implement process improvements to enhance plant efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including logs, reports, and metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in operating and maintaining an ETP or similar facility.
  • Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and technologies.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, licenses, or training programs in wastewater treatment or a related field.
