About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) and application server administration. They will be responsible for overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Informatica MDM platforms. Additionally, they will ensure seamless integration with ActiveVos BPM suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure Informatica MDM platforms to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Database Administrators to troubleshoot database-related issues.
  • Plan and execute MDM upgrade activities to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Configure Red Hat JBoss EAP application server for MDM deployments.
  • Setup and manage batch groups, message queues, and JBoss Application Server configurations.

You will also be responsible for configuring Informatica components, supporting infrastructure teams on installations, upgrades, and hotfix patches, as well as performing capacity planning, stability monitoring, and performance tuning for MDM application servers.

In addition, you will setup user authentication through LDAP integration with Active Directory, configure application load balancing (URLs) for optimal availability, and raise and manage support tickets with Informatica vendor for software and functionality issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, application server management, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud and infrastructure concepts for MDM platform management.
  • Familiarity with Informatica IDE/IDQ toolset.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve performance issues ensuring system reliability.
