Job Title: Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Enterprise MDM Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire Informatica MDM environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of the platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Informatica MDM administration and related technologies, with a minimum of 6-10 years of hands-on experience. They will also possess excellent technical leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with DBAs and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and optimize platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Environment Management: Install, configure, and maintain the Informatica MDM environment, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Upgrade Management: Execute MDM upgrade projects, including pre-upgrade planning and post-upgrade validations.
  • User Access Management: Set up and manage user access, including batch groups, message queues, and JBoss server configurations.
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with DBAs and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and optimize platform performance.
  • Documentation: Document upgrade steps, ensuring backward compatibility with MDM IDD.
  • Platform Maintenance: Plan and execute platform maintenance, disaster recovery drills, and release activities.
  • Component Configuration: Configure MDM components, assist infrastructure teams with hotfixes and patch management.
  • High Availability: Enable and support High Availability (HA) multi-node MDM architecture.
