Enterprise Data Governance Lead

About Position:

This role involves leading cross-functional teams, defining data standards, and aligning Master Data Management strategies with business objectives. The Enterprise Data Governance Lead drives enterprise-wide Master Data Management efforts ensuring data consistency, quality, and governance.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and oversee Master Data Management project execution across teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and refine master data requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate progress and key updates to leadership regularly.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • Deep knowledge of Master Data Management principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in driving data governance and quality programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Expertise in project execution, planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Familiarity with Master Data Management platforms like Informatica SaaS, Reltio, or similar.
