About Position:

The MDM Lead drives enterprise-wide Master Data Management efforts, ensuring data consistency, quality, and governance. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, defining data standards, and aligning MDM strategies with business objectives.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and oversee MDM project execution across teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and refine master data requirements.
- Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
- Communicate progress and key updates to leadership regularly.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Deep knowledge of MDM principles, tools, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in driving data governance and quality programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Expertise in project execution, planning, and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with MDM platforms like Informatica SaaS, Reltio, or similar
