Job Description

As a seasoned testing professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality.

Key responsibilities include developing automated tests in core technologies, creating comprehensive test documentation, defining test scope, identifying risk, improving QA processes, providing team support, leading technical discussions, and mentoring junior testers.

Our ideal candidate has at least 6 years of commercial experience with manual and automation testing, with 3+ years of experience in test automation. They should have hands-on experience with Cypress.io and/or Playwright, as well as strong knowledge of JavaScript programming languages.

The successful candidate will also possess a strong understanding of testing techniques, manual testing, and non-functional testing. They should be able to apply good testing practices and demonstrate excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additionally, our ideal candidate should have experience working with large datasets or customer bases, performing root cause analysis, and creating test reports. Familiarity with CI/CD setup, SQL databases, monitoring services, test design, programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, test planning, and QA strategy is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years commercial experience with manual and automation testing
  • 3+ years experience in test automation
  • Experience working with Cypress.io and/or Playwright
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript programming languages
  • Strong understanding of testing techniques, manual testing, and non-functional testing
  • Knowledge of good testing practices and ability to apply them
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical people
  • API testing experience using Postman
  • Hands-on experience with Databases/Advanced Excel
  • Working with large datasets or customer base
  • Root cause analysis and test reporting
  • CI/CD setup, SQL databases, Monitoring services, Test design, programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, Test planning, and QA strategy
