Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining exceptional quality standards within the organization. This vital position involves conducting thorough quality audits and assessments to evaluate associate performance.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct quality assurance audits and provide constructive feedback based on established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or internal guidelines.
- Evaluate inbound and outbound calls, as well as email responses, to assess associates' technical accuracy, customer service skills, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate calibration sessions to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to reduce variance.
- Analyze internal and external quality reports to inform management decisions and drive process improvements.
- A minimum of 1+ year of experience in collections processes is required.
- Prior experience in 3rd Party or 1st Party Collections is highly preferred.
- The ideal candidate must be a self-motivator with excellent attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrate flexibility, a sense of urgency, and adaptability in a fast-paced team environment.
- Candidates should possess creative problem-solving skills and strong written communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
- Excellent listening and analytical skills are necessary for success in this role.
