Job Title: Senior Client Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, leading account teams, and ensuring successful campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts to ensure successful campaign delivery by developing and implementing effective strategies.
  • Create social media content calendars, reports, and execute ORM on social media using tools or natively, driving engagement and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop advertising campaigns that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and strategic planning, fostering long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management within an agency, preferably in a senior role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong understanding of digital (social media) and traditional advertising channels, with the ability to adapt to new trends and technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, working effectively under pressure and deadlines.
  • Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
