We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asset & Wealth Management Operations Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. As a key member of our Corporate Actions team, you will be responsible for managing voluntary and mandatory Asset Servicing events, including Restructurings, Repricing's of Loans, Bankruptcies, etc.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately and timely comprehend and manage voluntary and mandatory Asset Servicing events.
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders in Operations, CRMA, Deal Teams, and other divisions as needed.
- Proactively address concerns raised by internal or external clients by conducting root cause analysis.
- Mitigate MNPI risk through maintaining accuracy in communications with compliance teams and the business.
- Work with global Operations business units to assess and streamline processes to mitigate risk or control issues and generate efficiencies.
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in loans operations or comparable experience.
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast and challenging environment where priorities can change daily.
- Team-oriented with excellent leadership skills and ability to gather stakeholder support for initiatives across teams.
- Ability to re-engineer processes to reduce manual touchpoints and mitigate risk.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
