Asset & Wealth Management Operations Specialist

Our Asset & Wealth Management Operations team plays a critical role in supporting our wealth management businesses, providing financial planning, investment management, banking, and comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Regional Lending Managers, Private Lending Underwriters, Credit, Legal, Global Client Financing, and other operations teams to develop and manage processes and controls that enable business flow.
- Collaborate with PWM PWAs and WMPS to assist clients in the application, origination, and ongoing servicing of loans within the portfolio.
- Develop strategies and opportunities for process efficiencies to reduce manual tasks while increasing control in a rapidly growing business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial services.
- Proven client service skills, teamwork, and a sense of urgency to fulfill time-sensitive and highly confidential tasks.
- Ability to develop and nurture relationships with senior business leaders within cross-divisional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability for projects, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
