Customer Service Associate Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused service associate to manage billing operations and provide seamless checkout experiences for our customers.

  • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for handling payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting store operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers at the billing counter and provide a friendly and efficient checkout experience.
  • Handle cash, card, digital transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate the POS system, generate bills, and issue receipts in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cash register accuracy and reconcile daily sales with precision.
  • Support returns, exchanges, and refund processes according to company policies.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer flow and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter at all times.
  • Assist with basic stock and inventory recording as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1–2 years in retail or cash handling roles (fashion/apparel/sportswear preferred).
  • Education: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and digital payment methods.
  • Honest, reliable, and able to handle financial responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours as required.
