Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with confidence, focusing on WordPress & WooCommerce expertise.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers through clear and patient communication via tickets, email, and live chat.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the development team to improve products and services.
- Ensure plugin documentation is up-to-date and reflects new features.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using FreeScout (or similar Customer Support Tool).
- Demonstrated expertise in WordPress, including troubleshooting, debugging, database management, and plugin knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for enhanced customer support experiences.
