Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Implementation Expert

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing SFDC implementations across Sales cloud, Service cloud, and Marketing cloud for RA products. The successful individual will have strong stakeholder engagement skills to design future state processes aligned with the overall transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SFDC implementation projects from start to finish
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure solution design meets expectations
  • Collaborate with developers to implement solutions that meet business needs
  • Execute project work according to plan and agreed project management standards
  • Participate in regular project reviews with relevant stakeholders to ensure governance is followed and status is reported
  • Utilize prior SFDC implementation experience to drive successful implementation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SFDC implementation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with developers
