Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Payment Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing payment interactions efficiently and effectively.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely allocation of interactions, regular coordination with cross-functional stakeholders and payment agencies to resolve customer issues promptly, and reporting process KPIs/dashboards.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of digital payment in India and unlock your full potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Understanding of core systems like V+, and CardOne.
  • Knowledge of payment processes and associated payment platforms (BBPS, UPI, IMPS, VMT, OTC, Cheque payments etc.).

You should also have:

  • Analytical skills.
  • Organizational product knowledge & process Orientation.
  • Customer centricity with compassion.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Listening, Verbal, and Written Communication skills (Hindi & English).

A Post Graduate/Graduate in any Discipline is required.
