Corporate Strength Coach Position">">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Strength Coach to join our corporate wellness team. This role involves working alongside the Head Strength Coach to support high-intensity group training, functional strength development, and mobility sessions.

The successful candidate will conduct daily member consultations and contribute to creating a safe, progressive, and motivating training environment for employees participating in corporate wellness and performance programs.

Assist and occasionally lead Strength & Conditioning sessions (4 one-hour time slots daily as per schedule; responsibilities will be shared with the Head Coach).">Lead Mobility & Recovery sessions (corrective exercise focus, not yoga).">Conduct 1-hour daily consultations with members for assessments, progress tracking, and injury-prevention strategies.">Support the Head S&C Coach in implementing training blocks (stability → strength → power).">Ensure proper form, technique, and safe training practices in every session.">Collaborate with members to build consistency, confidence, and functional performance.">Maintain training logs and provide structured feedback on member progress.">Must hold a recognized Strength & Conditioning certification such as NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE (S&C specialization), or CrossFit Level 1+.">Minimum 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training.">Strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training.">Ability to coach in a holistic, form-first approach (not just heavy lifting).">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">Passion for training individuals for performance-driven outcomes (HYROX, endurance circuits, functional competitions, etc.).">Team-player mindset — open to learning, collaborating, and working under a senior coach.">Opportunity to work on an exciting corporate wellness project with structured S&C programming.">Hands-on mentorship under an experienced Head Coach.">Exposure to performance-based training formats (CrossFit-style, HYROX prep).">Growth opportunity within our expanding corporate wellness vertical.">Annual Package: ₹5.5 – ₹6.0 LPA (depending on experience & certification)">Additional benefits: mentorship under Head Coach, growth opportunities within our corporate wellness vertical"],
