Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of researchers and engineers in developing cutting-edge deep learning and computer vision algorithms.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that encourages innovation and teamwork.
Research & Development
  • Design, implement, and optimize deep learning models for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and publications in AI and vision technologies.
  • Drive innovation in image analysis, medical imaging, industrial vision, and AI-powered automation.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (data science, software, product, hardware).
  • Present results to stakeholders, prepare technical reports, and support publications/patent filings.
  • Represent the team in conferences, client meetings, and technical collaborations.
Required Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
  • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models (Unets, CNNs, Transformers, GANs, etc.).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in medical imaging, autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial inspection.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, CE Marking for SaMD).
