About This Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of complex application enhancements as well as providing general production support. They will utilize and participate in the full system development life cycle, per current standards.

The individual will take a lead role in collaborating with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. They will concentrate on providing innovative solutions to complex business needs.

Key responsibilities include providing required technical support, including release implementations, on-call and supports when necessary. The individual must perform work in compliance with all relevant standards, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of complex application enhancements
  • Provide general production support
  • Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements
  • Design and develop high-quality technical solutions
  • Participate in the full system development life cycle, per current standards

Requirements:

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in PEGA (8.x version)
  • Good knowledge of overall concepts of Pega with good hands-on experience
  • Case Management skills

Bonus Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Capable of handling one or two persons in team as a module lead
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology
  • Experience with Java-based applications
  • Knowledge of US Healthcare system

Key Skills:

  • Problem solving, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry
