Role Overview:

  • Design and lead engineers in constructing highly scalable enterprise software solutions to support data-intensive product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand evolving business requirements and incorporate them into the roadmap.
  • Drive strategic vision for our big data platform

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or information technology.
  • 10+ years of experience working with web applications and microservices.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Expert knowledge of web application architecture, design and architecture of high-performance distributed systems a plus.
  • Experience with operations for in-production systems.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
  • Experience automating, scripting, and streamlining processes using SQL, Python, Java, Go etc.
  • Familiarity with AWS services S3, EC2, IAM, Security, Lambda, Networking etc.
  • Familiarity with gen AI tech stack (LLMs, Vector Databases etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to develop processes and procedures, select and implement coding methodologies within the team.
  • Ability to provide technical documentation and project plans for technical staff members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
