Regional Medical Affairs Leader

Key Responsibilities
\The successful candidate will lead and own all scientific activities within the assigned North & West regions, representing the organization in scientific programs and delivering lectures/presentations to healthcare professionals.
\They will conduct and manage HCP E-engagement platforms driven by head office initiatives, partner with regional sales teams during fieldwork, and facilitate unbiased exchange of scientific information between the company and the medical community.
\Job Description
\A key role in our medical affairs team is available for a Regional Manager. The selected individual will be responsible for leading all scientific activities within the assigned regions.
\As a Regional Manager, you will represent our organization in various scientific programs and deliver presentations to healthcare professionals.
\Responsibilities include conducting and managing HCP E-engagement platforms, partnering with regional sales teams, and facilitating the exchange of scientific information.
\Requirements
\- Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and time management skills are required for this position.\
- Ability to work independently, lead teams, and collaborate effectively toward defined objectives is essential.\
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary for success in this role.\
- Capability to present complex scientific/clinical data in a clear and engaging manner is critical.\
- Adaptability and resilience in diverse working conditions are vital.\
- Strong presentation skills for both internal and external scientific forums are required.
