Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality standards across our hospital.

About the Role:
  • You will oversee the successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits, ensuring timely closure of all identified deficiencies.
  • Timely collection and submission of quality improvement data is essential for your success, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • You will drive quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings, ensuring they are carried out with precision and effectiveness.
  • You will develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, policies, procedures, and ensure proper document control of forms and formats.
  • You will work closely with the Unit Leadership Team to implement and monitor quality standards across the hospital.
  • You will identify documentation requirements and prepare them within 15 days of identification, coordinating with accreditation secretariat for processes.
  • You will support hospital-wide quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • A graduate degree in any discipline along with an MBA or MHA (Masters in Hospital Administration) or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–4 years of experience in the quality department, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with audits, accreditation processes (NABH preferred), and quality improvement initiatives is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting is required.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • The ability to work in a structured environment and handle multiple tasks with precision is necessary.
  • Relocation to Goa may be required.
