Senior Learning & Development Specialist

This is a highly visible, senior-level Individual Contributor role with significant responsibilities across the organization.

As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, your primary focus will be on designing and delivering impactful training programs for sales and business development teams in key regions, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-impact training sessions that drive real results.
  • Develop activity-based training programs where participants learn by doing, not just listening.
  • Create peer-to-peer learning forums where team members can share, practice, and grow together.
  • Drive the buddy system to give new hires a strong, supportive start.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training to help team members develop new skills.
  • Lead engaging online training sessions on sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and closing techniques.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Ai-First Expertise: You've successfully applied Generative Ai and LLMs to create content, assessments, and adaptive learning paths at scale.
  • Instructional Design: Craft compelling, visually appealing content that's easy to digest.
  • Presentation: Develop clear, engaging decks that simplify complex ideas and keep learners hooked.
  • Facilitation: Exceptional facilitation skills are required for activity-based, peer-driven, and hands-on training.
Qualifications
  • A high-ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – able to make complex things simple.
  • Ability to design and run engaging online learning sessions.
  • Good understanding of GenAi and LLM-based content development.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a sales trainer.
