We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning & Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the orientation process in line with industry standards.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, excellent training skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the orientation process in line with industry standards.
- Ensure completion of mandatory online modules by all employees.
- Oversee skill certification process for front-line employees.
- Identify training needs based on information from various channels.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training calendar.
- Collaborate with the HR team to achieve goals.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles.
- Excellent training skills.
- Proficient in MS-Office applications.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
