Job Title: Leadership Hiring Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Leadership Hiring Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also have a clear understanding of the US market, including benefits, compensation, Visa processes, and related work laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates using job sites like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques, including web search and social networking opportunities.
  • Manage and update internal ATS with accuracy and integrity.
  • Create strong working relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in recruitment across various Non-IT Business Professional/Engineering roles in the US.
  • Relevant working experience with MSP/VMS-based clients or direct clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
