Program Director Position

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead strategic initiatives across various business domains, including IT and non-IT sectors. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in program management methodologies to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of multiple projects with varying complexity levels.
  • Establish program governance structures, create templates, and maintain best practices for efficient program operations.
  • Maintain the company's Knowledge Management System (KMS), identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks, issues, and opportunities to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve shared goals.
  • Supervise project managers and scrum masters, ensuring alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Present regular progress updates and MIS reports to senior leadership.
  • Travel as required to support program objectives.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree with proven experience in program/project management.
  • Formal training in program and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication, MIS reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Desired Qualifications

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
  • Track record of successful program delivery across various business domains.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation.
