Job Role - DG Service

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide on-site service support in Guwahati and surrounding regions.

This role plays a key part in strengthening customer satisfaction, improving service turnaround time, and driving business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend field complaints and provide timely service support at customer sites.
  • Handle commissioning calls ensuring correct installation, testing, and performance verification.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Minimize Turnaround Time (TAT) for complaint resolution and improve Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in field service, installation, or maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of service, commissioning, and troubleshooting processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent technical troubleshooting ability.
  • Knowledge of installation and commissioning standards.
  • Strong customer handling and communication skills.

Performance Indicators (KRA/KPI):

  • Timely closure of customer complaints.
  • Reduction in service TAT & MTTR.
  • Number of commissioning activities completed successfully.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

You will be responsible for providing timely service support, resolving customer complaints, and contributing to business growth.
