Project Director - Infrastructure Construction

The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion. This includes reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs, as well as overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors;">
  • Review the work progress on a daily basis and provide regular reporting to management and clients;">
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status;">
  • Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones;">
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses;">
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques;">

Requirements

  • A deep understanding of all facets of the infrastructure construction process;">
  • Strong leadership and human resources management skills;">
  • Excellent time and project management skills;">
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field;">
  • Proven 8-10 years of working experience in infrastructure construction management, preferably in corporate interiors;">
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards;">
