• Collaborate with the Regional Acquisition Head to develop plans and strategies to support Axis Bank's overall strategy.

• Maintain customer parameters, including persistency, leakage, and grievance incidence rate, to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular performance analysis, provide counsel and mentorship, and facilitate performance management to drive business growth.

• Develop and implement recognition platforms to build a motivated and capable team within Axis Bank resources.

• Work closely with the training team and circle trainer to ensure product training is delivered to all sellers, including Axis Bank resources.

• Provide daily updates on focused business parameters, including business plan, branch seller activation, and persistency, to track performance across all vectors.

• Conduct regular cluster and branch visits to optimize performance and enhance relationships.

• Deploy and monitor the implementation of bank staff contests and R&R initiatives to accelerate revenue generation within the channel.
