Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead complex technology transformation programs in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting mindset, deep technology expertise, and robust project management capabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality outcomes through disciplined execution and proactive stakeholder engagement. They will collaborate with client stakeholders and IT PMO to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Domain Experience: 7+ years driving technology transformation initiatives in business-facing roles such as Business Analysis, Product Design, or Project Management, particularly within digital programs in the Oil & Gas/Utilities domain.
  • Project Management: 4+ years as a Technical Project Manager leading software development or implementation projects, with proven success in the energy, oil & gas, or utilities sectors.
  • Methodology & Delivery: Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, managing globally distributed teams and multi-vendor environments.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Skilled in coordinating across client stakeholders, technology vendors, and IT PMO to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery.
