Project Director

Are you a results-driven professional seeking a challenging leadership role in luxury project management? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where precision and attention to detail are paramount?

  • Lead and oversee all phases of luxury villa and bungalow projects, including design and construction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely project execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans ensuring high quality, precision, and timely execution.
  • Personally monitor on-ground progress – conduct snagging, ensure finishing standards, and resolve execution challenges.
  • Drive value engineering to optimize cost without compromising on luxury standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years in Project & Construction Management, with at least 4-7 years managing premium projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality (villas, resorts, hotels) preferred.
  • Age: Below 40 years.

  • Ability to thrive with smaller spans of control and fewer but more complex projects.
  • Hands-on leadership style with deep involvement in execution and finishing.
