Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting cost segregation studies for the US market. This involves performing detailed analyses of commercial real estate properties to identify and reclassify assets for accelerated depreciation. The role requires analyzing architectural plans, construction documents, and financial records, as well as conducting on-site property inspections.

In addition to conducting cost segregation studies, the candidate will also be responsible for tax compliance and reporting.
