SAP Ariba Sourcing Consultant Position

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Ariba consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing and procurement processes, ensuring seamless procurement operations and delivering value through digital transformation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Support end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ERP / S4 HANA and other systems as required.
  • Provide functional expertise on sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals.
  • Conduct system testing, training, and user support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality.
  • Stay updated on SAP Ariba product enhancements and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC / S4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ariba certification is a plus.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to Ariba downstream modules (P2P, Buying & Invoicing).
  • Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations.
  • Knowledge of supplier enablement and compliance processes.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver value through digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions, a strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
