Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Big Data Solution Architect to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing large-scale data processing systems using Apache Spark, Hadoop, and related technologies. They will also have experience with stream-processing systems like Apache Storm or Spark-Streaming.

A strong understanding of distributed computing principles, data warehousing, and big data querying tools like Hive and Impala is required. The ability to lead a team efficiently and design effective solutions is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Processing Systems: Design and implement scalable data processing systems using Apache Spark, Hadoop, and other related technologies.
  • Stream Processing: Experience with stream-processing systems like Apache Storm or Spark-Streaming.
  • Distributed Computing: Expertise in distributed computing principles, including performance tuning of Spark jobs.
  • Big Data Querying: Strong understanding of big data querying tools like Hive and Impala.
Requirements:
  • Expertise: 5-12 years of experience in Big Data & Data-related technology.
  • Apache Spark: Expert-level knowledge and experience in Apache Spark.
  • Messaging Systems: Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • SQL Queries: Good understanding of SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, relational schemas.
  • ETL Techniques: Knowledge of ETL techniques and frameworks.
  • Cloud Services: Experience with native Cloud data services AZURE Databricks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NoSQL Databases: Experience with NoSQL databases like HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB.
  • Data Integration: Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources like RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle), ERP, Files.
