We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving profitable growth across multiple platforms.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and other performance platforms. They will analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing paid ad campaigns to drive business growth
  • Analyzing performance data to inform decision making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive integrated results
  • Running A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Pitching budget reallocation and scaling strategies to clients

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 6-9 years of experience in a performance marketing role at an agency focused on e-commerce
  • A proven track record of managing at least $5K+ monthly ad spend per client
  • Ability to think beyond click-through rate (CTR) and understand return on ad spend (ROAS), margins, and funnel bottlenecks
  • Proficiency with Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools
  • Strong hands-on skills with AI tools for ad copy, audience research, or automation

What Success Looks Like:

The successful candidate will be able to scale accounts from $5K/month to $20K/month profitably, reduce CAC without hurting conversions, and drive campaign insights that change a brand's trajectory.
