The Infection Control Solutions Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to build awareness and generate demand for our infection control solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infection control practices and healthcare workflows, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, operations, and sales teams.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, organizing product demonstrations, creating marketing collateral, assessing competitor offerings, analyzing project funnels, and providing product training to sales and marketing teams internally and end-users externally.

Market development involves planning, coordinating, and executing marketing programs to create pull in the market for the entire range of IC product portfolios, launching new products/product lines, conducting symposiums/marketing programs/CME/conferences, and identifying and working closely with key architects, construction companies, and project consultants for business development.

Training support includes being responsible for training for IC product lines, initiating/conducting/facilitating internal product and technical training for sales and other team members/distributors, conducting operational training to end-users, follow-up trainings, and troubleshooting.

Sales support involves supporting sales teams with product knowledge, training, and strategic selling tools, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities with consumables and equipment bundles, attending or driving product-related technical discussions for projects, tenders, and flow business, handholding and developing new sales reps on priority to ensure they are confident in promoting the product to customers, closely working with sales teams to introduce and promote to consultants/architects/surgeons/technicians/purchase authorities during all pre and post-sales activities, providing cost support and attending commercial negotiations along with sales teams as required, building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs (key opinion leaders) in infection control, hospital administration.

Other responsibilities include tracking sales, organizing stocks, maintaining and analyzing sales data, taking corrective actions to address areas of concern in consultation with head-marketing, handling complaints related to products from customers on equipment's and coordinating with appropriate persons for feedback and resolution, performing other duties as assigned by seniors/management to support the team, customer visits on regular basis individually and with sales colleagues, ensuring all marketing and product communications comply with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and quality certifications, staying updated with evolving regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.

Qualifications and skills include a bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, pharmacy, MBA/PGDM in marketing or healthcare management (preferred), 5–8 years of experience in medical equipment, devices, consumables preferably in infection control industry, proven track record in managing technical products and consumables, strong understanding of infection control practices and healthcare workflows, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, operations, and sales teams, proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
