Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing, a strong grasp of testing methodologies, and proven experience in driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications. Additionally, they will perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and scalability, and identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using industry-standard tools.

This role requires close collaboration with developers, product managers, and business analysts to refine requirements and define test scenarios. The ideal candidate will also ensure compliance with software development and testing standards, analyze test results, and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in software testing.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
  • Hands-on expertise in manual testing, test automation, and API testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for database validation.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in mobile application testing.
  • Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus.
