This highly sought-after individual will design, implement, and manage comprehensive cross-platform device management solutions, encompassing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our digital workplace by streamlining management processes, ensuring seamless user experiences, and driving operational excellence across hybrid work environments.

We are looking for someone with extensive expertise in Microsoft Intune, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Exchange Administration, and SharePoint/Teams Administration.

">

Prior experience in implementing JML lifecycle automation using Microsoft Power Platform integrated with enterprise identity management systems such as Entra ID/Azure AD is highly desirable.

">

A strong background in designing and building complex automated workflows using Power Automate, combined with hands-on experience in developing Power Apps forms integrated with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, is essential.

">

The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge of user lifecycle management in Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, including provisioning, license assignment, group memberships, and access revocation.

">

Able to integrate with third-party HR/recruitment systems via APIs for user synchronization and unique identifier management.

">

Familiarity with business processes around user onboarding, role changes, and offboarding in hybrid cloud environments is required.

">

Excellent communication skills, combined with strong documentation skills for technical configurations and automation designs, are also vital.

">

Experience with application packaging and deployment using industry-standard tools and formats is necessary.

">

A deep understanding of Azure AD Conditional Access, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 tools is highly beneficial.

">

A team player who can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to create scalable, compliant, and user-centric solutions is essential.
