EUC Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled JAMF administrator to join our team. As an IT consultant specializing in End User Computing, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional device management and user identity services utilizing JAMF administration.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining security compliance across our global endpoint estate using JAMF, SCCM, MECM and Azure. You will also ensure timely vulnerability patching and compliance level maintenance.

To achieve success in this role, you will develop and implement best-of-breed vulnerability, security and Evergreen upgrade processes. Additionally, you will troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows group policy, MAC policy and security patches.

You will work closely with engineering teams to provide technical support for technology across the collaboration stack. As a subject matter expert for macOS, Windows 10/11 and Evergreen, you will maintain expertise across all EUC platforms (laptop, PC, VDI).

Effective documentation and issue tracking using Confluence and Jira are essential for this role. You will own and keep all technical documentation up-to-date.
