Job Title: Advanced Analytics Strategist

About the Opportunity:

  • We're seeking a seasoned analytics leader to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge data solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business drivers and provide actionable insights.
  • Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining large-scale machine learning models using industry-leading frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and implement NLP pipelines utilizing libraries like NLTK, SpaCy, and HuggingFace transformers.
  • Experience with Generative AI models and their architectures is highly desirable.
  • Solutions will be deployed as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks like FastAPI.
  • A strong understanding of statistics, data mining, hypothesis testing, and visualization is essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools such as Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc., is required to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking.

What You'll Bring:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading analytics initiatives, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Expert-level proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised techniques.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
