EH&S Specialist: Environment, Health and Safety Manager

This role serves as the single point of contact between the EH&S business function and IT. The EH&S Specialist is responsible for managing EH&S-related IT projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to delivery.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems (SAP EH&S, Enablon, or similar platforms).
  • Experience in project management, including the end-to-end IT project lifecycle, is essential.
  • A good understanding of ITIL practices, including incident, change, release, and problem management, is also required.
  • The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with service and vendor management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge IT and business functions, are a must.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP EH&S or related modules is highly desirable.
  • ITIL, PMP, or BA certifications are an asset.
