SAP EHS Consultant Role

The SAP EHS Consultant will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining the company's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into user stories and functional requirement specifications
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes
  • Support delivery managers and platform analysts in evaluating solution feasibility, design, and high-level estimation
  • Develop and provide user training for implemented applications
  • Collaborate with business, architects, and platform analysts to elaborate on requirements
  • Prioritize and validate test plans and functional test cases
  • Responsible for software quality, compliance, and regulatory aspects of solutions
  • Ensure seamless business operations support when needed
  • Drive business process harmonization using industry best practices

Technical Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP EHS functional consulting
  • Participation in 3+ SAP EHS implementations
  • Responsibility for risk assessments, EHS audits, product safety, and dangerous goods

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Business/client-facing experience
  • Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful, and ability to multitask
  • Clarity of thought and vision
  • Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table
  • Adherence to timelines without sacrificing quality of output
