Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to oversee the development of cutting-edge property and market data insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end technical delivery of complex initiatives using agile methodologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team, serving as a subject matter expert in data engineering and related technologies.
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable, efficient, and secure data solutions.
  • Guide the team in adopting best practices, coding standards, and engineering principles to ensure high-quality codebases.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement shift-left testing practices and optimize data processing workflows.
  • Mentor engineers, fostering their professional growth and creating a culture of quality and efficiency.
About the Team

The Commercial Data team is responsible for developing leading property and market data insights to power Real Commercial products. The team works closely with product management to deliver complex initiatives using agile methods.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the adoption of best practices, and driving delivery practices using agile ceremonies and artefacts.
