We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining our data infrastructure while delivering insightful analysis through Power BI and Excel.

About the Role:

">
  • You will supervise management and maintenance of data collection tools used by all departments.
  • You will design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, and APIs.
  • You will administer and optimize the EduFinance SQL database on Microsoft Azure.
  • You will ensure high-quality, clean, and well-documented data pipelines and dataflows.
  • You will implement and maintain data quality controls.
  • You will manage special data projects as our organization expands into new areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain interactive PBI dashboards and automated reporting tools for various departments.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis using SQL, Power BI, Python, and Excel to provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Present findings and insights to internal teams and other stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements:

  • You must have an undergraduate degree in data science, computer engineering, statistics, or another quantitative field.
  • You must have minimum 3 years' experience in SQL development and database administration experience (Azure SQL preferred).
  • You must have minimum 3 years' experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines (Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, or similar tools).
  • You must be proficient with APIs and data integration methods.
  • You must have advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas, macros a plus).
  • You must be an expert in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard/report design).
  • You must be proficient in Python for data transformation, automation, and analysis.

Desirable Skills:

  • You should have experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
  • You should have knowledge of R for advanced analysis.
  • You should have experience with version control (Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps) and collaborative coding practices.

Language Skills:

  • You must have written and verbal fluency in English.
